If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions about our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation or compensation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplify9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability relating to the website is limited to 100 Jordanian dinars. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Simplify9 against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement with us specifies a different governing law or forum for that engagement. We will always try to resolve a dispute informally first, so please contact us before starting proceedings.
