Four tracks
You join one squad for the whole programme, not a rotation through four.
Software engineering
Build features in .NET and React on a product team, with code review from senior engineers from week one.
AI & data
Work on model pipelines, evaluation, and data plumbing behind the automation our clients run on.
Product design
Research, wireframe, and prototype real screens, then see them built and measured.
QA & automation
Write test suites and automation that gate every release, and learn where software actually breaks.
Your twelve weeks
Structured, but not a classroom. You are on the board with everyone else.
Weeks 1 to 2OnboardingMeet your mentor, get access, and ship your first small fix.
Weeks 3 to 6First featureOwn a scoped feature end to end, with review at every step.
Weeks 7 to 10Real ownershipTake a slice of the roadmap and run it, standups included.
Weeks 11 to 12Demo and reviewPresent what you shipped and get an honest read on next steps.
Who it is for
We care more about what you have made than where you studied.
You should be
In your final year, or a recent graduate
Comfortable in at least one language or tool of your track
Available five days a week, in the office, for the full twelve weeks
What to send
A CV, one page is plenty
A link to something you built: repo, project, or portfolio
Which track you want, and one short paragraph on why
Strong interns are usually offered a role at the end of the programme. That is the point of it.
