What we look for

The same four things, whatever the role or seniority.

JudgmentSound calls with incomplete information, and the reasoning to back them.
OwnershipYou follow work into production and stay with it after launch.
Clear writingDecisions, trade-offs, and handovers written down so others can act on them.
CuriosityReal interest in the client's business, not only the technology.

Good to know

Interviews in English or Arabic

Pick whichever you think clearer. It has no bearing on the decision.

Nothing unpaid, nothing endless

No task runs longer than 90 minutes, and we never ask for work on live client code.

Reapply whenever

A no now is about the role and the moment. Six months later is a fresh process.
