Where we are headed next.

A plain statement of what we think happens to business software over the next few years, and what we are doing about it.

The thesis

Within a few years, almost every business process will have a model somewhere in the loop. The winners will not be the companies with the best model. They will be the ones whose data, permissions, and processes were ready for it.

That is unglamorous work: integration, data quality, access control, evaluation. It happens to be exactly what we have been doing for years, which is why we are not treating AI as a new business line.

Three horizons

What we are building now, what we are preparing for, and what we are betting on.

NowAgents inside real processesClaims, call centers, and document flows where a model does the first pass and a person signs off.
NextArabic-first by defaultRegional language quality that does not feel translated, in voice as well as text, across every product we ship.
The betProducts, not just projectsMore of our own platforms in the market, funded by services work, priced so mid-size companies can actually adopt them.

What will not change

Whatever the technology does next, these stay fixed.

01Your data stays yoursPrivate deployment, tenant isolation, and no client data used to train anything we sell.
02A human stays accountableAutomation with an owner, an audit trail, and an off switch. Never a black box making final calls.
03Open where it helpsThe infrastructure we can share, we share. Bitween stays open source.
04Hire and grow locallySenior engineering built in Amman and Dubai, not outsourced away from the clients we serve.

Agree? Disagree?
Either is a good call.
